About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Specialist to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for designing impactful visual content that aligns with our hospital's brand identity and supports our communication and marketing goals.

Your daily tasks will include creating eye-catching graphics, designing flyers and promotional materials, editing images, and developing cohesive branding elements. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and communications team to deliver high-quality designs that enhance our brand presence across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling graphics, marketing materials, and promotional content
• Develop and maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials
• Edit and enhance images for use in campaigns, brochures, and digital content
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to deliver creative solutions
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality
• Contribute creative ideas to support ongoing campaigns and organizational projects

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
• Strong skills in graphic design and visual communication
• Proven experience in branding and identity development
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficiency in image editing and creative composition
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience working in healthcare or a related industry (added advantage)
