About the Role

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and dynamic graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Production. This structured program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development aimed at preparing trainees for full-time roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations
• Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations

Production Trainee Specific:

• Learn and apply principles of lean manufacturing and production efficiency
• Assist in monitoring production lines to ensure output targets and quality standards are met
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational planning
• Prepare reports on production performance and material utilization

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 0–2 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific tools
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
