Graduate Trainee – CCR (Central Control Room) at African Natural Resources & Mines Limited(ANRML)

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Description - To monitor, control, and optimize plant operations from the Central Control Room (CCR) under the guidance of senior engineers. - The trainee will learn to maintain safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance through process observation, analysis, and control system management. Responsibilities - Monitor and control process parameters using DCS/PLC systems in the CCR. - Assist in maintaining stable and efficient operation of all plant sections (e.g., kiln, mill, raw mill, power plant, or process units). - Record, analyze, and report daily operational data and performance indicators. - Coordinate with field operators and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation and troubleshooting. - Support shutdown, start-up, and emergency handling procedures as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Learn and apply safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Participate in process optimization, energy conservation, and cost reduction initiatives. Qualifications - B.E. / B.Tech / HND in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines. - Recent graduate (0–1year experience preferred). - Basic understanding of process control, automation systems, and plant operations. - Candidates with close proximity to Kaduna, Abuja and Niger State are encouraged to apply.
