Key Responsibilities

General Responsibilities (All Tracks):

• Participate actively in on-the-job training, workshops, and departmental rotations
• Support day-to-day operations and projects under supervision
• Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve departmental efficiency and processes
• Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations

Assembly Supervisor Trainee:

• Gain exposure to assembly line operations and supervisory responsibilities
• Assist in coordinating assembly team activities to meet production schedules
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering)
• 0–2 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific tools
• High level of integrity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
