Key Responsibilities

Quality Control and Production Support

• Assist in the packaging process by operating basic equipment
• Conduct quality checks on finished gift boxes before shipment
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the work area
• Prepare materials and ensure final products meet quality specifications

Material Handling and Inventory Management

• Support senior staff in managing packaging supplies
• Collect and dispose of waste materials
• Restock supplies on the production floor
• Assist with weekly inventories of production materials

Design and Customization Assistance

• Work with the design team to bring creative packaging ideas to life
• Create hand-sketched mock-ups
• Prepare final mock-up designs
• Ensure designs accurately represent client requirements and brand standards

Team Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Participate in team meetings to discuss production issues and quality
• Learn from and assist team members
• Support rework efforts
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects as assigned

Safety and Administrative Duties

• Follow all established company safety and health policies
• Complete required written documentation and data entry, such as recording batch information or downtime
• Communicate any observed safety or production problems to the supervisor
