Role Summary
- The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the performance, growth, and operational excellence of the organization.
- The role requires a commercially astute leader with deep industry knowledge and strong people-management capability.
- The General Manager will report directly to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership nationwide
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across all business units
- Oversee and direct the sales function, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Establish and enforce performance standards, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
- Strengthen internal systems, governance, and operational controls.
Key Requirements
- Preferably a qualified and licensed Pharmacist
- Minimum of significant senior-level experience within the pharmaceutical retail sector and/or FMCG
- Demonstrated excellence in executive leadership, people management, and strategic execution
- Strong commercial orientation with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Highly results-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
- Sound business judgment with the ability to manage complexity across multiple locations.
