General Manager- Ousourcing

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. - Develop and execute the outsourcing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors and service providers. - Negotiate contracts, SLAs, pricing models, and performance metrics. - Oversee end-to-end outsourced operations ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance. - Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance monitoring systems. - Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews. - Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and data security requirements. - Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and service improvement initiatives. - Lead cross-functional coordination between internal teams and outsourced partners. - Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and profitability targets for outsourced functions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Cost savings and budget adherence - SLA compliance and service performance metrics - Vendor performance ratings - Operational efficiency improvements - Risk mitigation and compliance adherence - Customer satisfaction scores - Contract renewal and vendor retention success rate Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - 10–15+ years of experience in operations, outsourcing, vendor management, or shared services. - Proven experience managing large-scale outsourcing contracts. - Strong negotiation and contract management skills. - Experience in risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks. - Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional and external teams.
