General Manager DTI

An established company is recruiting for the following position. - Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the Drivers Training Institute. - Oversee daily operations including instructor management, training schedules, fleet management, and student services. - Ensure compliance with road transport authority regulations and licensing requirements. - Develop and implement training programs aligned with national driving standards. - Monitor training quality, safety standards, and pass rates. - Manage budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control. - Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of Drivers Training Instructors (DTIs). - Build partnerships with regulatory bodies, schools, corporates, and community organizations. - Ensure high standards of customer service and student satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Student pass rate (theory & practical tests) - Student enrollment and retention numbers - Revenue and profitability targets - Instructor performance and utilization rates - Compliance and audit scores - Fleet maintenance and safety record - Customer satisfaction ratings Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, Education, or related field (preferred). - Certified/Accredited Driving Instructor qualification (as per local regulatory requirements). - 10–15 years of experience in driver training, transport operations, or training management. - Strong knowledge of road safety laws, licensing regulations, and training standards. - Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and operational processes.
