## Title: General Manager – Catering, Events & Hospitality

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the entire operations, drive growth, and ensure excellence across our service delivery, staff management, and client experience.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day catering and events operations, ensuring smooth service execution and adherence to quality standards
  • Coordinate kitchen, logistics, event setup, and client service teams for efficient workflow
  • Implement operational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all units
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor management processes to minimize waste and cost

Business & Financial Oversight

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures
  • Track revenue and profitability across projects and identify improvement areas
  • Ensure timely client billing, payment tracking, and financial reporting

Team Leadership & HR Management

  • Supervise and motivate staff across kitchen, service, and administrative units
  • Conduct performance evaluations, enforce discipline, and promote a positive work culture
  • Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and training for operational excellence

Client & Event Management

  • Oversee client consultations, menu planning, and event coordination
  • Ensure client satisfaction from booking to event completion
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues professionally and promptly

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion areas
  • Support marketing activities and represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and partnerships
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in all operations
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
  • Maintain the company's brand reputation and operational standards
