An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. - Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance. - Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures. - Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and staff across all units. - Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. - Ensure high standards of customer service and overall customer satisfaction. - Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary. - Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Review inventory levels and approve purchasing to support seamless operations. - Analyze business performance metrics and recommend improvements to management. - Represent the company professionally in meetings, partnerships, and customer interactions.
