Job Summary

We are seeking a result-driven General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our farming and fishery business. The ideal candidate will manage production, staff, budgets, and overall performance to ensure growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm and fishery operations
• Plan and implement production schedules to meet business targets
• Supervise and train farm and fishery staff to ensure optimal productivity
• Monitor stock levels, feed usage, and overall farm resources
• Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare financial and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best farming and fishery practices
• Report operational performance and key issues to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Agriculture, Aquaculture, Fisheries, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial role within farming or fishery operations
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of modern farming or aquaculture techniques
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
