Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Implementing strategies to increase sales, meet targets, and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering merchandise, and managing stock effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints.
- Store Appearance and Maintenance:Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and security protocols.
- Business Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve store goals and adapt to market changes.
- Reporting: Analyzing sales data, generating reports, and communicating findings to senior management.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc
- Must have at least 2 years experience.
- Must be highly skilled,fast and efficient .
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be highly smart, Patience and versatile
- Must have idea about how sewing and measurements
- Must be computer literate
- Must have at least 5 years experience
- Must know to work with a team and communicate efficiently
