Gender and Policy Research Lead at Africa Leadership Foundation

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abeokuta. As Gender and Policy Research Lead, you will be responsible for conducting thorough policy research, analyzing data, and developing reports and recommendations that inform organizational strategy and stakeholder decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive policy research and data analysis
• Develop research reports and strategic recommendations
• Gather and synthesize information from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain research databases
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate gender perspectives into policy and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields such as Public Policy, Economics, Gender Studies, or Social Sciences
• Strong policy research and research skills
• Excellent analytical skills and economics knowledge
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Experience in gender studies or related fields (preferred)
