Job Summary

My-HRpro Consulting is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced and results-driven FX Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the competitive forex industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet daily call targets and consistently convert leads to sales
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of FX and financial markets, including market analyses, market pulse, global forex regulations, and compliance
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Build strong relationships with key clients and Introducing Brokers
• Utilize trading platforms such as MetaTrader and other relevant tools
• Manage client relationships using CRM software and MS Office Suite

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in FX sales management with a strong background in forex trading or financial services industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
