Funds Mobilization Officer (Investment) at Rosabon Financial Services

As a Funds Mobilization Officer, you will proactively source fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations using both the company's offline and online channels to attract customers to invest in the company's fund placement products.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations across multiple channels
• Deepen investor relationships and explore funding opportunities
• Educate customers on wealth creation opportunities and investment products
• Market and sell the company's fund investment products to individuals and corporate bodies
• Promote digital channels adoption, particularly the Wealth Management App
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their financial needs
• Guide customers on how to utilize the company's products and services for wealth maximization
• Stay up-to-date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Acquire new customers and grow the customer base
• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery
• Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App

Requirements

• HND or OND qualification

Compensation

This role is highly competitive and adequately incentivized with commission and productivity bonus in addition to a base salary.
