About the Role

As a Funds Mobilization Officer, you will proactively source fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations through both offline and online channels. You will be responsible for deepening investor relationships, exploring funding opportunities, and educating customers on wealth creation solutions within regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell the company's fund investment products to individuals and corporate bodies
• Source fund placements from diverse customer segments using multiple channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer financial needs and guide them toward appropriate investment solutions
• Promote adoption of digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App
• Educate customers on the benefits of fund placement products and wealth maximization strategies
• Stay up-to-date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value
• Guide customers on how to utilize company products and services

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Acquire new customers and grow the customer base
• Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery
• Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels

Compensation & Benefits

This role is highly competitive and adequately incentivized with commission and productivity bonuses in addition to a base salary.
