Funds Mobilization Officer (Investment)

Position Overview

The Funds Mobilization Officer actively sources fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations through both offline and online channels. This role is responsible for deepening investor relationships, exploring funding opportunities, and educating customers on wealth creation products in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

This is a highly competitive, performance-driven position with attractive incentives including commission, productivity bonuses, and a base salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively market and sell the company's fund investment products to individuals and corporate organizations
• Acquire new customers and expand the customer base through both offline and online channels
• Build and deepen relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customers' financial needs and guide them on utilizing wealth creation products and services
• Promote adoption of the company's digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App
• Educate customers on the benefits of fund placement products and wealth maximization strategies
• Stay current on all company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value

Performance Metrics

• Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products
• Customer acquisition and customer base growth
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery
• Increase adoption rates of digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management App
