Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Fund Mobilization Executive. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, involving a combination of on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and high-net-worth individuals
• Manage relationships with partners and contributors
• Design and implement strategies to achieve fundraising targets
• Develop financial proposals for prospective clients
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Conduct networking activities to expand client base
• Ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders to meet organizational goals
• Meet and exceed assigned fundraising targets

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development and financial planning
• Proficiency in client relationship management and networking
• Strong analytical skills for market research and strategy development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• High level of professionalism with goal-oriented work approach
• Prior experience in financial services or banking roles (preferred)
