Full-Time Pharmacist at Mopheth Group

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professionally driven Full-Time Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team at Mopheth Group in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate dispensing of medications, provide expert pharmaceutical care, and uphold high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications accurately
• Provide professional drug counseling and health advice to customers
• Ensure compliance with PCN regulations and internal pharmacy SOPs
• Maintain proper documentation of prescriptions and controlled substances
• Monitor stock levels, check for expiries, and ensure proper storage of medicines
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other team members for smooth daily operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support patient care initiatives
• Participate in inventory audits and assist in stock reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution
• Licensed Pharmacist registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN)
• 1–2 years of work experience in a retail or community pharmacy
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to professional ethics
• Reside within Victoria Island or Lekki for easy commute
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment

Compensation

Salary Range: N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly
