Position Overview
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Full Stack Development Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in both front-end and back-end web development. You will deliver interactive lessons, practical projects, and real-world examples to equip learners with in-demand skills for building and deploying full-stack applications.
The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, technology, and guiding learners toward successful tech careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and hands-on coding sessions on web development
- Teach front-end and back-end technologies
- Create and update course materials, assignments, and project-based modules
- Mentor and support students through coding challenges, code reviews, and career guidance
- Evaluate and track student performance, providing constructive feedback and support
- Stay updated with modern web frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Foster collaboration and teamwork through group projects and peer learning
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of the training program
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and deployment tools

- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for helping others learn and grow in tech
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners
