An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a key planning and design capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• High-level planning of ODN (Optical Distribution Network)
• FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network planning and solution delivery
• High-value area identification and service insight analysis
• Design and survey of optical fiber projects

Required Qualifications

• BSc or HND degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in optical fiber project survey and design
• Proven experience in FTTH planning and solutions

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Metro network equipment and networking structure
• HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) methodologies
• Design tools including Google Earth, QGIS, and CAD
• FTTH network architecture and passive optical equipment, including:
  • ODF (Optical Distribution Frame)
  • Splitters
  • Fiber distribution boxes
  • Access terminal boxes
  • Terminal boxes
  • Adapters
  • Pigtails and patch cords
  • Dome closures
• Passive optical equipment specification and installation
• Basic knowledge of fiber fusion, patch cord work, and optical fiber testing
