Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos. The FTTH Installer will be responsible for installing fiber-optic networks, terminating fiber-optic cables, and testing the performance of installed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install fiber-optic networks and terminate fiber-optic cables
• Test the performance of installed systems
• Troubleshoot and repair fiber-optic connections
• Ensure proper documentation of installation processes
• Maintain high customer service standards during installations and repairs
• Adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times

Required Qualifications

• Experience with fiber-optic network installation or FTTH installation
• Proficiency in terminating fiber-optic cables accurately
• Skills in testing and troubleshooting fiber-optic networks
• Good documentation skills to record installation processes
• High customer service skills to interact efficiently with clients
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in installation roles
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Relevant technical certifications or training in fiber-optic technology
