## Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to serve as the face of the organization. You will manage guest check-ins, reservations, and front desk operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage calls, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of front desk or guest relations experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • Strong grooming and customer relations etiquette
