Front-End Developer at AppMart

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at AppMart in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate designs into functional web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets industry standards
• Test and debug web applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
• Stay current with the latest frontend development trends, technologies, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in frontend development with a portfolio showcasing your skills
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UI/UX design principles and human-centered design approaches
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
