Position Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Front Desk/Office Administrator to join our team in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative expertise and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Location
Lekki/Ajah, Nigeria (proximity to Lekki/Ajah area is essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception duties and handle incoming calls, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Provide administrative and executive support to management members, including booking flights, accommodation, and coordinating logistics arrangements
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Oversee facility maintenance, repair, and operation of systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Manage facility projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new installations
- Supervise the purchase and procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Develop and manage procurement budgets and source goods, services, and equipment for facility operations and maintenance
- Administer petty cash and manage payment vouchers
- Prepare travel vouchers and fuel vouchers for team members
- Manage vehicle repair, maintenance, and document renewals
- Perform basic bookkeeping and filing duties
- Update appointment calendars and schedule follow-up meetings for management
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure effective facility support
- Maintain an orderly front desk and reception space
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
- 2+ years of professional experience in administrative roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
