## Title: Front Desk & Social Media Officer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and handling inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage reception operations including visitor logs, appointments, correspondence, and maintaining a neat front desk area
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and office supply management
  • Handle customer service needs, addressing complaints or requests and escalating where necessary
  • Assist in managing the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and posting content across platforms
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and monitor online inquiries
  • Track and report social media engagement, trends, and feedback to management
  • Represent the company brand consistently both in-person at the front desk and online through social media activities

Requirements

  • OND, SSCE, HND, or B.Sc Degree
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience

Compensation

N80,000 – N100,000 per month
