Position Overview

We are seeking a smart and courteous Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, organized, and professional. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to visitors professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintain visitors' records and front desk logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide basic information to parents and clients
  • Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
  • Support administrative tasks when required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or BSc qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Neat appearance and professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
  • Customer service experience
