## Title: Front Desk Officer
Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide basic information about products and services
- Handle phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries
- Manage order bookings, pick-ups, and customer complaints
- Handle WhatsApp orders and online orders
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and support daily shop operations
- Take messages and communicate them to appropriate staff members
- Contribute to team efforts as required
Requirements
- BSc Degree, HND, ND, or NCE in any field
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation
N80,000 monthly (gross)
