## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

Resource Intermediaries Limited is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and callers, managing daily front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism
  • Answer questions and address complaints promptly
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them appropriately or take messages
  • Receive letters, packages, and other deliveries, then distribute them accordingly
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels
  • Check, sort, and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including travel arrangements and scheduling

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (additional qualifications are a plus)
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or in a relevant position
  • Familiarity with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Compensation

Monthly salary: N80,000
