Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain front office records and keep the reception area tidy and organized
- Support administrative and documentation tasks across departments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of front desk experience (preferably in real estate or construction)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Neat appearance and strong organizational ability
