## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and presentable Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage our reception area, provide exceptional administrative support, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires an individual with a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive, professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain office security by following established procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Monitor visitor logbook and issue visitor badges
- Assist with scheduling and general office administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials
- Maintain accurate records and files as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- University graduate (HND/BSc) from a recognized institution
- Not more than 27 years old
- Professional appearance with an outgoing, friendly personality suitable for a client-facing role
- Must reside in Ikeja and environs
