## Title: Front Desk Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our spa and salon team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while supporting sales and marketing objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to meet front desk sales targets independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional and friendly atmosphere
  • Manage the reception area to maintain a clean and organised front desk
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments using booking systems
  • Provide accurate information about spa and salon services, packages, and promotions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to answer client questions confidently
  • Achieve and exceed front desk sales targets through upselling and cross-selling services and products
  • Maintain client records, manage bookings, and ensure data confidentiality
  • Support retail product sales with strong marketing and persuasion skills
  • Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, manage schedules, and support administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with therapists, stylists, and technicians to ensure smooth client flow
  • Politely resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to management
  • Work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks without requiring micromanagement
  • Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and maintain excellent work ethics
