## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Front Desk Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a neat, presentable front desk equipped with all necessary supplies (pens, forms, paper)
  • Answer client questions and manage incoming calls
  • Redirect phone calls to appropriate departments and take messages
  • Accept letters and packages, and distribute them to relevant departments
  • Monitor, organize, and forward emails
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies
  • Maintain records and files
  • Oversee the office budget

Requirements

  • HND or OND qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Must reside in Ikeja and its environs
