## Title: Front Desk Officer
About the Role
Fidelam Homes Limited, a reputable real estate organization, seeks a dedicated and professional individual to serve as the Front Desk Officer in our Lagos office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing all communications and administrative operations that keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the professional face of the company, welcoming and directing all clients and visitors
- Manage all incoming communications including calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing basic information on company services and available properties
- Answer, screen, and direct calls using a multi-line system, ensuring accurate message relay to agents and staff
- Coordinate and confirm property showings, meetings, and appointments for real estate agents
- Maintain office organization, manage supplies, and assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation (listings, contracts)
- Provide direct support to agents, handling logistics and administrative tasks to enable them to focus on sales and client interaction
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and professional office correspondence
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
