## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our reception team in Maitama, Abuja.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
  • Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization's products or services
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for staff
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Administration, Management, or any related field
  • Proven experience in the same role, especially in the Fitness industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Location Requirements

Applicants must reside in Paippe, Wuse, Gishiri, Maitama Village, or Katampe.
