Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation with a patient-centered approach
- Professional appearance, empathy, and a calm disposition
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of hospital management software
