## Title: Front Desk Officer

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Front Desk Officer to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform office administrative and clerical duties
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or person
  • Respond to visitor questions professionally and courteously
  • Operate telephone and switchboard systems; answer and transfer calls
  • Take messages and communicate them to appropriate personnel
  • Maintain the reception area and office equipment such as printers and copiers
  • Assist in keeping conference rooms and board rooms clean and organized at all times
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence

Requirements

  • HND or B.Sc degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English language proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong planning and stress management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and execute tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and best practices
