Job description

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. - Visitor Management: Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests professionally. - Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and redirecting phone calls; handling emails and messages. - Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and staff calendars. - Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, data entry, and preparing documents. - Mail & Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and packages. Essential Skills & Qualifications - Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. - Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities. - Customer Service: Friendly, professional demeanor and problem-solving skills. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment. - Education: Often requires a High School Diploma, with some roles seeking HND/BSc.
