Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and attend to clients, visitors, staff, cleaning staff, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and service-related inquiries, and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain daily attendance records for thosereporting to the office.
- Log client complaints, service requests.
- Receive and document deliveries of items.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparation of reports, and documentation related to cleaning operations.
- Ensure the reception and front office areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Uphold company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND with 1 - 3 years experience.
