Core Responsibilities - Manage the reception area, greeting all visitors with exceptional professionalism and warmth. - Handle all inbound calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries efficiently. - Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and showroom visits. - Provide administrative support to the leadership and design teams (e.g., shipping, organizing supplies, maintaining studio cleanliness). - Assist with basic order processing and client communication under supervision. Requirements: - 1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or client-facing administrative role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. - Female Preferred. Salary N144,000 - N180,000 / month
