Opportunity Overview

CODERHI invites qualified, reliable, and reputable vendors to submit sealed bids for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for Hotel Services in Maiduguri. This framework agreement will support CODERHI's meetings, workshops, trainings, and official missions in Maiduguri, Borno State.

Scope of Work

The selected vendor(s) will provide hospitality services to support CODERHI's activities, including but not limited to:

• Hotel accommodation for staff, partners, and consultants
• Conference and meeting facilities
• Refreshments and catering services
• Other related hospitality services required for programme implementation

Contract Duration

The Framework Agreement will be valid for one (1) year, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility requirements are provided in the Hotel Services Tender Dossier.

Bid Submission Requirements

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the following information:

Bid Opening

Bids will be opened immediately after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
