Job description

This role requires strong coordination between the kitchen, store, and service teams to maintain consistency, speed, and cost discipline in all production operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen production activities across all food categories. - Ensure production schedules are met based on sales forecasts, pre-orders, and demand patterns. - Verify issuance of raw materials from the store aligns with approved recipes and production plans. - Monitor portioning, cooking standards, and packaging to maintain consistent product quality. - Track daily output, wastage, leftovers, and yield variances; escalate irregularities promptly. - Collaborate with the procurement and store teams to plan material needs and prevent shortages. - Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and material usage reports. - Support kitchen staff with proper hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance. - Coordinate with operations, sales, and logistics teams for smooth product flow. - Participate in periodic stock counts, product testing, and recipe reviews.
