Food and Beverage Supervisor - Hotel at Resource Intermediaries Limited

About the Role

Resource Intermediaries Limited is seeking a qualified Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead and manage food and beverage operations in a hotel environment. This position requires a dynamic professional with strong leadership capabilities and proven experience in hospitality service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and motivate F&B staff; resolve conflicts and manage performance
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive customer relations
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure proper use of equipment
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to health, safety, and company policies
• Control costs, minimize waste, analyze sales data, and assist with menu planning and promotional activities
• Supervise daily operations, lead pre-shift meetings, establish service standards, and ensure prompt, high-quality guest experiences

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 2 – 3 years of experience as a kitchen or restaurant supervisor in a hotel environment

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and service procedures
• Ability to work irregular hours and remain calm under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
