Position Overview:
- We are seeking a courteous, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for guests.
- The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, rates, and promotions.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain clear and polite communication with guests via phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to resolve guest issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist in improving customer experience by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.
