About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join us in Lagos, Nigeria.

What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain production-grade Flutter apps used by thousands daily
• Drive and implement MVVM architecture for scalable, maintainable codebases
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services for real-time experiences
• Collaborate with designers to bring elegant, intuitive UI/UX to life
• Write testable, efficient, well-documented code with a focus on performance
• Lead sprint planning, standups, and technical architecture discussions

Who You Are

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart development
• Expert understanding of MVVM and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc — Provider/Stacked preferred)
• Strong portfolio of successful apps in the Play Store/App Store
• Fluent in REST APIs, JSON, and clean code principles
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub in agile environments
• Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about building world-class products

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Firebase, local storage (Hive, SQLite)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes
• Experience mentoring or leading Flutter teams
• Worked on FinTech, lending, or digital banking platforms
