About the Role

We are looking for a talented Fleet Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our fleet and drivers to ensure a seamless delivery service. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and general fleet operations
• Ensure vehicles are inspected and potential issues are resolved quickly
• Ensure all fuel entries are accurate and accounted for
• Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
• Schedule trainings for drivers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree qualification
• At least 2 years of work experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
• Preferably live near Ikoyi
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and memorization abilities
• Ability to perform duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations
• Willingness to work some Sundays and holidays
• Availability to work from the office 23 days per month
• Commitment to long-term employment with the company
