This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. We are looking for a talented fleet manager to join our team at Fastest Cakes. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our fleet and drivers to ensure a seamless delivery service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and general fleet operations
• Ensure vehicles are inspected and potential issues are resolved quickly
• Ensure all fuel entries are accurate and accounted for
• Schedule vehicles for routine maintenance
• Schedule trainings for drivers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
• Preferably live near Ikoyi
• Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform duties diligently, particularly during stressful situations
• Willing to work on some Sundays and holidays
• Available to work from the office 23 days per month
• Commitment to long-term employment with the company
