Position Overview
CarpartsNigeria Automobile Limited seeks a dedicated Fleet Management Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for organizations subscribed to our Fleet Management services. The officer will manage client accounts, coordinate all fleet-related activities, ensure timely service delivery, and provide ongoing support to improve clients' fleet efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
This role requires strong communication, technical understanding of vehicle operations, customer service excellence, and the ability to multitask across multiple fleet accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and provide dedicated support
- Plan and coordinate fleet maintenance activities
- Conduct vehicle inspections and assessments
- Prepare weekly and monthly fleet performance reports
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular feedback collection
- Coordinate internally with mechanics, workshops, sales/parts departments, field teams, procurement, and operations units to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- HND or BSc in Logistics, Transport Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of vehicle and motorcycle maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supervisory skills
- High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic regulations (advantageous)

- Good understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency with reporting tools and data management systems
