Financial Services Officer

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Summary - As a Financial Services Officer, you will be responsible for identifying qualified customers, originating loan requests, completing loan bookings, and ensuring proper setup of repayment collections. - This is a performance-driven role with a combination of fixed monthly income and variable income, tied to results and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard qualified borrowers from approved organisations - Educate customers on loan terms, repayment structure, and obligations - Complete accurate loan booking and documentation - Support customers through mandate creation and repayment setup - Ensure payroll or account-based collections are properly activated - Maintain professionalism, ethical conduct, and data accuracy Compensation Structure - Fixed and Variable monthly income with annualized gross earnings of N2.76m Requirements: - Minimum of OND / HND / BSc (or relevant experience) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with targets and timelines - Basic digital literacy (smartphone, email, digital forms) - Experience in sales, finance, customer acquisition, or field operations is an advantage - High level of integrity and attention to detail
