Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes. - The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage cash flow, and support strategic decision-making to sustain business growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with IFRS/GAAP standards. - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. - Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements. - Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance. - Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred). - 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in financial management and reporting. - Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is required. - Proficiency in SAGE Evolution or other accounting software. - Strong background in budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
